Timeline – When to Expect the Licence to Arrive
The business should expect to receive a licence within 30 days from the date the application is received by the Registrar—provided there are no problems with the application package.
Incomplete Licence Application Package
Incomplete application packages will cause a delay in the turn around time. If an incomplete application is received, Security Programs will return the entire application package, un-processed, with a letter explaining what is missing or completed incorrectly. The business must respond to the letter and submit the complete or corrected package.
Processing of the application begins once Security Programs receives the complete application package.
