Joint Federal/Provincial/Municipal Funding for Vancouver Police Property and Forensic Storage Facility
Solicitor General Kash Heed was joined by representatives from the federal government, city of Vancouver and Vancouver police to announce joint funding of $30 million to upgrade the Vancouver Police Department Police Property Office and Forensic Storage Facility to further help in the crucial tasks of obtaining, storing and processing evidence. Each level of government contributed approximately $10 million.
