$200,000 MORE CIVIL FORFEITURE CASH SUPPORTS COMMUNITY PROJECTS

VICTORIA – On November 25, Solicitor General John van Dongen announced an additional $200,000 in funding for targeted, local crime prevention and victim service programs. This funding from civil forfeiture brings the total provincial support to $750,000 for this year alone.

As part of the society, the youth theatre group has received funding to further restorative justice work involving Victoria youth and police.
