IMPORTANT

In accordance with Payment Card Industry Standards, a new procedure is being implemented by the Provincial Treasury throughout Government.  Effective immediately please do not include credit card payment information on application forms you send to us via email. Instead, please fax, mail or phone in your credit card payment information. If you send us emails containing credit card data we must now notify you that we are not able to process the payment and we will have to delete your email.

Special Occasion Licence

For information on the maximum price you can charge:

To pay extra fees for liquor inspectors attending your Special Occasion Event (only use this form when requested to do so by the Liquor Control and Licensing Branch).

A security plan is required for any special event licensed to sell or serve liquor if 500 or more people are expected to attend, or if required by local police. You may use the form below or provide similiar information in a different format.

All revenues and expenses associated with a charitable fund raising special occasion must be reported to the Liquor Control and Licensing Branch using the following form:

Ubrew/Uvin (Ferment-on-Premises) Licence

Request Miscellaneous Services

To request services such as additional copies of your liquor licence, validated floor plans, custom reports (i.e., how many licensees of a particular type in a specific area), copies of additional documents from licence file (i.e., reproductions of establishment photographs or blueprints), rescheduling of a final inspection or request a comfort letter – you need to complete the following form:
