The branch charges a non-refundable application fee of $475.00 to apply for a food-primary licence.
If your application for a food-primary licence is approved, you will also need to pay an annual licence fee of $475.00 for your first year. After that, the annual fee will depend on the amount you spend on liquor bought from the Liquor Distribution Branch during the prior calendar year:

The full Licence Fee Schedule (LCLB010) for all licence classes is available on-line. We charge an additional $200.00 if you renew your food-primary licence after its expiry date, provided we receive your payment within 30 days. Licences may not be renewed after 30 days.
