This Bulletin advises people of the risks involved when participating in unlicensed
gambling activity, especially in a commercial establishment. The bulletin
focuses on common gaming houses and will be of interest to those considering
participating in gambling activity that is not licensed (such as Texas Hold'em Poker).
The Branch recommends anyone that intends to engage in such activity to first seek
independent legal advise.
