| Eligibility |
Non-profit organizations providing programs or services of direct benefit
to the broader community. Details
provided in Section 3 and 4 of
Direct Access Grant - Guidelines

| Grant Amount |
Local organizations: up to $100,000 per year
Province-wide organizations: up to $250,000 per year |
| Application |
- One application per year.
- Submit online or by mail.
- Bingo affiliates may also apply for a Direct Access Grant.
- Application for Direct Access Grant may be paired with a Major Capital Project Grant application in the
same year.

| How to apply for Direct Access Grants |
| Step 1 |
Before following any of the steps below, please read the entire table.
After determining your organization is eligible to apply for a Direct Access Grant,
review the following important documents:
If you're not sure your organization is eligible, please see 'Determining the correct community gaming grant for your
organization' on the Grants page.

| Step 2 |
Make sure you're applying in the appropriate sector and at the appropriate
time, according to the 'Application Period' information in the
Overview - Direct Access Grants section above.

| Step 3 |
Prepare for your application by gathering required information outlined in the
Direct Access Grant - Pre-Application Checklist
.
Completing an application will be faster and easier if you work through this checklist
ahead of time.

| Step 4 |
Option #1: Online application
Proceed to the Online Service page to apply
electronically for a Direct Access Grant.
Option #2: Mail-in application
Download and print the Direct Access Grant - Application Form [RTF].
Complete the form and mail or courier it, along with supporting documents, to the Gaming
Policy and Enforcement Branch in Victoria. The address can be found on the application form
or on the Contact Us page.
NOTE: Faxed applications will NOT be accepted.

| Step 5 |
The Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch will respond within 12 weeks of receipt of
your application. (The final notification date shown in each category above is the date
by which those who apply at the end of the application period can expect to hear from the
Branch.)
