NOTE:
Only applications for renewals are being accepted. First-time applicants are invited
to apply for a Direct Access Grant - for community programs.

Community organizations with a current Bingo Affiliation Certificate. |
| Grant Amount |
The amount of funding is based on a number of factors, including the type of organization,
programs and services delivered for the previous 12 months, the organization's overall budget,
and financial need. The amount of funding may vary from year to year. |

Submit online or mail direct to the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch,
or submit through the bingo association. |

Organizations are instructed by their bingo associations about when to apply for renewal of their
bingo affiliation. |

Prepare for your application for renewal by gathering required information outlined in the
Bingo Affiliation Grant - Pre-Application Checklist
 .
Completing an application for renewal will be faster and easier if you work through this checklist
ahead of time.

Choose either Option A or Option B.
Option A: Apply directly to the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch
Applications may be submitted directly to the Victoria office of the Branch, as follows:
- Option #1: Online application
Proceed to the Online Service page to apply
electronically to renew your bingo affiliation.
- Option #2: Mail-in application
Download and print the Bingo Affiliation Grant - Application for Renewal Form [RTF].
Complete the form and mail or courier it, along with supporting documents, to the Branch
in Victoria. The address can be found on the application form
or on the Contact Us page.
NOTE: Faxed applications will NOT be accepted.
Option B: Apply through the bingo association
Organizations will receive an application package through their bingo association a few months
before their current certificates expire. Return the completed application and required attachments
to the bingo association. The bingo association will then submit the applications to the Branch
by the designated deadline date.
