Overview

The Online Service not only allows eligible applicants to apply electronically for either a gaming grant or licence, but also provides additional services not available to those using the manual process.

  • Complete and submit applications for community gaming grants, gaming event licences and special approvals to use gaming funds electronically;
  • Submit processing fees, if required, through a secure credit card payment option;
  • View application status reports for grants and licences to track the progress of your applications; and
  • File a criminal or regulatory complaint or allegation of wrong-doing in gaming or horse racing in B.C.

Checklists are available that will help you get started. View Pre-Application Checklists for grants and licences.

If you prefer to complete the application form by hand and submit it through the mail, please go to the Grants or Licences page. The mail-in option is available for all grants and licences, except for the Class D Licence, the PAC Playground Grant and the BC150 Years Grant, which must be applied for by using this online service.
