Criminal Record Checks Online (CRC Online) provides organizations that fall under the Criminal Records Review Act a way to conveniently submit criminal record check requests electronically. CRC Online provides a secure service, and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

If you have a BCeID or an IDIR ID (internal government) and are authorized to access the online system, you may sign in below.
Individual applicants cannot directly access CRC Online. To obtain a copy of the consent form, refer to – Apply for a Criminal Record Check page on this website.
NOTE: Organizations setup to access the online service are able to provide an individual applicant with an ACCESS CODE and instructions on how to sign on to CRC Online and submit a consent form electronically. If you are required to submit a criminal record check for your organization, please work with the organization directly to ensure you follow their internal administrative requirements.
