Each year the Ministry recognizes individuals, groups and programs that have made outstanding contributions to crime prevention and community safety with its Solicitor General Community Safety and Crime Prevention Awards. The Crime Prevention Awards are recognized during Crime Prevention Week, held the first week of November.
